Nykron Tablet Combipack is a fixed-dose antiemetic medication containing netupitant and palonosetron. It is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting associated with cancer therapies, especially chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and postoperative nausea and vomiting. It works by blocking key neurotransmitters (serotonin and substance P) in the brain and gastrointestinal tract that trigger nausea and vomiting.
